Missing Person: Anna Marie Zirkle, Female, Columbus, Anna Zirkle was last seen at her North Roosevelt Avenue home in Columbus on February 1, 1997.Zirkle lived with her two sons; Darren Williams, the boys' father; and Darren's cousin, Troy Austin.When she left Feb. 1, 1997, she reportedly told Austin she was tired of everything and had to get away. She left her sons in Austin's care.Williams was visiting people in Warren, Ohio, at the time. Williams and Zirkle lived in Warren before moving south to Columbus.Zirkle reportedly gave Austin money to take her sons north to be with their father. They were to travel by bus.One of Zirkle's neighbors called Columbus police Feb. 6, 1997, and filed a missing-person report.
